Abysmal.
Delivery persone by indian or malay are the worst. Redundant and useless surveys are always sent via email when deliveries are completed - however, these surveys via email from NTUC are obviously all useless and redundant because NTUC doesn't even have any decency whatsoever to take any corrective actions against aforementioned errant indian or malay bellend losers, unless you specifically escalate to NTUC management (which I had on previous occasions but I can't be bothered to do so anymore) - suspected these indian and malay looney cans are 3rd party outsourced - hence the abysmal delivery experiences. Heavily location dependent - your area / location determines whether or not you get aforementioned abysmal delivery experiences. Although NTUC delivery is the lesser of "two" evils; amongst the myraid of other abhorent grocery delivery options such as red mart, sheng shiong or cold storage delivery - NTUC delivery is not any better. Terrible! Sucks!
