Defectives shoes and sale without warranty: illegal !!!!
I've order a pair of High heels boots at "onlymaker". I've recieved my order quickly. Unfortunately, after just one walk at home to try my shoes, a quality failure occured on the metal rings used for lacing the shoes. I've contacted the customer service and it took me 2 months to be refund. In addition to this, I had to pay for the return of my defective shoes in Germany ! 20 euros!!!! this is not acceptable. And you know what? I've been granted of a 5 euro rebate is I buy a new pair of shoes in 2022 ! So Game over for me. I will never order at Onlymaker. this manufacturer doesn't apply the legal rules for defective items. If you buy at "only maker" this is at your own risk and with no full warranty.
