My worst experience with online shopping
This could be one of my worst experience with online-shopping. I was so disappointed with their response, not dealing with my inquiry of delivery schedule and/or request of cancell and refunds for some of the items not delivered because of no-stock in warehouse. They replied me the items will be coming soon, but, practically, they hadn't ship me the items and they replied me the 'formatted answer' with 'your items will be sent soon after stock arrives'. After more than one year, I have NOT received the remaining items (2 ea) nor refunds ($57 total) at all. I'm still waiting for their proper response !!!
