Reconsider ordering from this company
This company is a total scam. I ordered two dresses totaling 120$ off their website for my vacation and the package showed up at my door cut open with the two dresses just thrown inside and they were damaged. I alerted the company immediately upon notice of the damaged items and they accepted my return and sent me a pre-paid label to mail the dresses back. I later received a message from the company saying they will not accept my return and they are going to mail the dresses back to me? This is a practice I have never heard of a merchant doing. I told them I did not want the damaged dresses and to issue me store credit as per their policy. They issued me store credit and then deactivated it 8 hours later and told me they will be mailing the damaged dresses back to me and did not issue me any form of credit nor refunded me for the damaged dresses. Avoid this company at all costs as they do not adhere to their own policies and at this point have taken my money and refused to replace the dresses. I felt ignored and undervalued as a customer. I expected better from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. Not only was the customer service lacking and unprofessional but the process of trying to get my money back was exhausting and ultimately fruitless.I would strongly advise against purchasing from Hot Miami Styles. If you do, be prepared for the possibility of dealing with damaged goods and an unresponsive support team. Save your money and shop elsewhere! I will be disputing the charge with my bank.
