These credits work 1:1 with euros and can be used in our shop to buy products (including pet-related items) with savings of up to 80% through our Loyalty Shopping Program. That’s why it may look different from a normal product purchase. Regarding your request for an immediate refund: under our terms and conditions, I’m not able to issue refunds for these credits. You still fully own the 34.99 credits and can spend them in our store. About blocking the “supplier”: we don’t see any completed product order or specific supplier tied to your account that we could block, only the gift
