Bad customer service
I’ve been trying to get ahold of John and his crew for 4 days no one ever answers the phone The reason being is I don’t have a loan out with the and the hit my account with a $2,750 charge and I’ve made multiple attempts to make this right with them and they could care less to help me out and return my money to me. I would not recommend using them I know I definitely will not.
