Wonderful service
Wonderful service! My package had been returned to sender bc I’m currently on a military installation and our mail room is in our HQ which isn’t open on the weekends so when the delivery person couldn’t get into our building they just returned to sender. As a result I requested for it to be re-shipped And I even said I didn’t mind paying for the shipping fee the second time, however Iron Panda covered the shipping fee and got my package (back) enroute to me! Talk about great service compared to some other companies I have dealt with the last few years. I know times and expenses are tough for everyone, including businesses, so I totally get when businesses can’t afford To cover extra costs or fees, but when they do, it sets them apart from the companies that can’t or won’t 🥳
