This was the worst experience ever
This was the worst experience ever. Prepaid about $440 round trip for an airport car service with car seats. They DID NOT SHOW UP AT ALL, no call, nothing. We called given the lack of communication from the driver and finally found out 15 minutes before our pick up time that they weren’t coming. We were left scrambling to figure out a backup option (on no notice) to get to the airport and figure out car seat logistics —and almost missed our flight. Horrible communication, horrible service, all around horrible experience, extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Call service was impossible to understand and could not communicate effectively. Avoid this company at all costs (unless you want to miss your flight or lose your mind). Epic fail!
