Early review of Acadium. I was contacted this morning by Ann Wilson of Acadium who reached out with an offer of Marketing Interns for my Business. I scheduled a meeting with Ryan to learn more. Their offering is a cost effective way to hire an intern specialising in Marketing and for me specifically social media marketing. Their program sounded great and I agreed to sign up. The onboarding was smooth and problem free, I created a profile of what I was specifically looking for and a little about me and my business. Next is for Acadium to match me with possible interns for me to interview and then hire. I will post again once I’ve been through that process. But for now. One very happy Sarah … Update - Ive now been matched with my intern - this process took 24 hours. I was sent my interns profile and CV which exceeded my expectations. I then interviewed the candidate. she was amazing! i decided to hire her and Acadium had already prepared a suitable contract for myself and the candidate to sign - she starts on Thursday this week...
