Update; Macorner reached out to me and offered to send me a new shirt that wasn’t date specific. I chose a family tree t shirt with pictures of my family. They made it and shipped it out very quickly. The t shirt is lovely and good quality. Macorner has gone a long way to earn my business again. I appreciate their efforts to make it right!! I ordered several gifts for Mother’s Day and one was for my daughter’s first Mother’s Day as we were having a gathering. It had her name and my granddaughter and said first Mother’s Day. 2 days before Mother’s Day I was informed they lost my package, I had ordered over a month in advance. I didn’t get the item until 2 weeks later, I was so very upset. Then a couple of weeks before 4th of July, 2026 they advertised a personalized grandma shirt with all the kids names and that it was the 250th anniversary. I was hesitant to try them again but really liked the shirt. They said if I paid an additional $7.99 shipping they would deliver July 1-3. So I paid extra and ordered. On July 3 I was informed that my shirt would arrive on July 6. You can literally only wear that shirt on July 4, 2026!!! Sadly I didn’t have a special shirt to wear on such an historic milestone in our country. I requested to be refunded the money I paid since the shirt is useless now and they replied that they would not issue a refund as it was personalized and that they did not guarantee delivery date, which was false information and why would they sell a shirt for a specific day if they can not deliver. I will NEVER order from this horrible company again, and I buy many personalized items for myself and my precious family
