Absolutely abysmal customer service
Absolutely abysmal customer service. My parcel arrived opened and empty and it took weeks for a less than satisfactory resolution. Would not recomend.

Cheap jewellery not as advertised
Cheap jewellery not as advertised. Overpriced and probably shipped from Aliexpress or similar. Emailed to complain after spending £40 to be told I could recieve a refund of £4 if I wanted to return the pieces. Advertised as sterling silver but are cheap and nasty silver plated.
