I did not set the standard
I did not set the standard, they did, and they did not live up to it. I made my purchase 6 hours ago, I am a first time user so I expected a delay. They clearly state that it could take 30 minutes to 3 hours to verify payment. I have no issue with that. They state 15 minute delivery once processing starts. Ok its been 3 hours, I have sent 2 emails no response. I am not angry just reporting the truth 100%
