Flawless service from start to finish.
Flawless service from start to finish. Jade provided exceptional support throughout the entire process, from arranging the shipment collection to making sure everything was properly repacked, keeping me updated with tracking, and following up until the shipment arrived safely in the UK. DFH Logistics also helped me find a much more affordable shipping option, as the Alibaba seller only offered UPS, which was considerably more expensive. This saved me a significant amount of money and made the whole process much easier. The communication, attention to detail and level of support were genuinely top-notch. I will definitely be using DFH Logistics again. A big thank you to Jade for making the entire experience so smooth and stress-free!
