Expensive, inflexible billing, great platform
The new pricing is excessive. Instapage claims to be a conversion hub but is still mostly a landing page builder. A damn good one, but not at twice the price or more than the competition. Given the COVID-19 situation, I wanted to "pause" my account - make it dormant for a period of time. They have no such option, so I was forced to cancel. Forcing everyone to buy the "deluxe" package seems silly. Maybe it will work for them, and maybe expunging small agencies like mine is the goal. If so, it worked.
