Brvon Reid, skip his service. Ask for another agent. I dont believe he was really hearing and listening to my concerns because I had to keep repeating myself and hes very inconsiderate of other people not only that it seems like hes rushing to get what he say across without concern for the customer, feel rushed to look at what he has to offer in booking my trip and it was nothing that I am interested in going to. Not pleasant to work with at all.
