Awesome customer service
I ordered the furlife flea and tick pendant in July and I was excited to receive this pendant that would guarantee my dog would not have to worry about fleas or ticks for a solid year. Just 1 month in and something happened and I spotted fleas so I reached out to customer service (JeAnne, Julia, & Patrick) and explained my situation and within 24 hours they sent me a replacement pendant with no hesitation, no charge. These 3 individuals were helpful and professional. Thank you for all your help
