Terrible support and customer service
Such terrible support. I have been with exabytes for many years and the package I took is Linux Biz package. Yet my simple Wordpress website is so so slow. It was good many years ago but not anymore. Since 2-3 years ago the support has been really bad. Everytime you emailed the support for help, they just go around in circle and can't get things done. Sometimes it's as though they don't even read what is your problem and just answer something irrelevant and you have to reply back to their email and wait for another few hours or sometimes a day to get another reply. UPDATE : Case number #5061226 . This is not the first time the support is this bad. A simple thing like asking about back up and they can't even give me an answer. Till now the issue is not resolved yet. 15 hours later.. not solved yet and only get one response from the support without answering to my question at all. Tried to get the live chat but they just ask me to wait for the reply. Such simple thing yet the support can't help. Finally received a call from Gaveen, he really helped me with my issue and go extra mile to help me understand what's the next step I should go about. Thank you so much to Gaveen and I really appreciate his help. Unfortunately user has to go through so many steps to get the support that I needed.
