Discolored and as per the owner, not made to last
Paid 90$ for an oversize (8ft x 15ft) black backdrop ... that is actually two panels glued up together! Was surprised and disappointed but decided to keep them anyway. Figured I would digitally correct the pictures. Received the backdrop in April and couldn’t use it because of CoVid19 closure. It’s now useless: the black (that is from the beginning not as close as black as the picture) is significantly and unevenly discolored after only 2 times of use. Waste of money. Waiting for the owner to reply to my message. Will update the review to let you know how they handled it. Update: the owner replied that since I received it in April, 3 months ago, it’s too late to do anything. Be aware: they consider the product is not suppose to last more than a few weeks... Oh! And they keep deleting my review from their website. Update August 5th: owner offered to refund if I delete this review. Told her I will consider it when I have my money back. Update August 12th: She asked again twice, stating she issued the refund. August 16th: Finally received a refund.
