Your ordering system has been rejected by my bank over and over and yet you are sending Gold to my characters. Very strange information coming to me. Once the payment was rejected by my bank, I felt it would be OK to go to another Gold Seller. Now I am receiving multiple amounts of gold being sent by you. Your order systems are causing problems and I do not know what to do.
I noticed that offers and discounts are never carried through from the transaction to the payment. At some point, the discount vanishes and I lose the will to to go back to the start and work out what goes wrong with your software. Never tried buying anywhere else but I think I might search for an alternate vendor in the future.
I have used SSEGOLD for WoW and New World and they have always met their contract in a timely fashion. When a mistake was evident on my server needsw on the new 20th Annhiversary servers, they went out of their way to fix it. Great service in the end!
