Online Check-in in English is the worst possible experience
Planes are inconsistent. New ones are good. Old ones can be really grubby. Check in and seat selection online in Business Class in English really couldn’t be worse if they tried. Virtually impossible to achieve. Please Chinese Eastern, fix it!!!!
