Purchased their $9 plan the very first time using it, it shows 6 pages of same exact video, then the next 6 pages show the same exact second video which means I have seen two videos for the day because I have reached the limit I ask for the refund, the support Lina replies : "the ads are caught by intelligence, so we don't filter the ads, that's the reason some ads are same. sorry, we only refund if it's caused by system bug." Then she completes ignore me, horrible support, horrible website
