Order canceled a month later because they couldn't ship to my address?!
I ordered an anniversary gift about a month ago (July 8th). On July 16th they asked my to confirm my address which I did immediately the same day. By July 26th I still hadn't received any information that my package had been shipped so I sent another email asking them what that status is. They told me 3 days later that they are working on it but there might be a "slight" delay. Then on July 31st I received an email that they weren't able to ship to my address at all! It took them a month to realize this and only after I double checked!! In the meantime I have had to order somewhere else because I need it for my anniversary.. I have asked for a refund and hope I will get my money back soon at least. Overall terrible experience with this company.
