Very Happy :)
At my first order I accedently bought wrong items (for ladder but i wanted non-ladder). They solved my problem very friendly and fast in the live chat. The refund was no problem. I got my money under 30 minutes back (i used paypal). My second order was fast and easy there. They added me on battle.net, invited me ingame and gave me my stuff. I give a 5/5 :)
