Outstanding Service Experience
I need to start off by saying it takes a lot to impress me. I’m a tough customer service critic… however, my experience this evening with MJ, Heather and their assistant Jonesy was pleasantly exceptional. Not only was I given a solid offer on my gold jewelry, I enjoyed conversation on a number of topics! They’re personable, honest and ethical… a winning trio of qualities in a sales setting.
