I've spent a lot of money on my Dji…

I've spent a lot of money on my Dji Mini 3 Pro and the accessories but decided to purchase the brand new Avata 360. I bought the fly more combo that included the Goggles N3. Well, yesterday the fly more package with the avata 360, controller and goggle were delivered yesterday. I was super excited to try it out. To be clear- I have no vision inconsistencies. I have 20/15 vision in both eyes. Well after charging everything and doing firmware updates, and being required to activate the Dji Goggles N3 to actually try them and tie to the avata 360 I took it out and put the goggles on. Immediately the image is distorted, out of focus so I went online to see how I can adjust IPD and ocular adjustments. To my surprise, there is none. They claim if you have 20/20 vision it will be calibrated out of the box. First- entirely false. Second- everyones eyes are different and saying "we didnt include any adjsutments or stops because you can wear glasses is absolutely absurd. i did a beginner flight mode and instantly hated the goggles. Within 20 minutes of receiving the item I inquired to their customer support team the above complaints and highlighted that I have 20+ years of experience behind night vision goggles, long range optics and have never seen items ship without diopter adjustments and certainly nothing in the last 5 years without IPD stops on face mounted items. The customer service rep (Ava) was absolutely trash and sent me this response verbatim- Dear Customer, The Goggles N3 is an entry‑level simplified version of Goggles 3 designed for new users. It adopts a design compatible with prescription glasses instead of mechanical diopter adjustment. Goggles N3 is mainly sold as bundle packages to lower the entry cost for immersive FPV flight experience. To keep costs down, features including adjustable diopter mechanism, passthrough camera and wireless screen casting have been removed. It adopts a single‑large‑LCD solution and delivers a wider 54° field‑of‑view for enhanced immersion. By contrast, Goggles 3 is the high‑end flagship unit with a higher standalone price, targeted at hardcore FPV pilots. Please understand they are built for different user groups. This is not a product quality issue. If you still wish to proceed with a return: should the unit be activated, it will not qualify for full‑price return under our return policy. Upon receipt, it will be processed as used merchandise, and depreciation charges ranging from 10%‑35% of the item price will apply. No depreciation fee will be charged only if the item remains brand‑new and un‑activated. If you accept these terms, I can provide the return shipping label for you. Thank you. Best regards, Ava FIRST- A DEPRECIATION FEE on something that requires activation before you can even USE them. SECOND- Her response is entirely false and the goggles are entirely trash products. Sorry- but this will be escalated because its deceptive. I thought I was getting the goggles 3 but no you got this useless goggle that sucks and we're going to screw you and charge a depreciation fee. I've spent thousands with DJI. No more.
