Good Contacts; Bad Customer Support.
I've ordered from Uniqso multiple times now, and have had little to no issues. The contacts are always comfortable and look amazing on my eyes. Unfortunately, on my latest purchase, my order never arrived. After waiting a week, I tried to track the package off of the Uniqso website itself, and it said the order did not exist despite the money in my bank account being taken. I tried emailing support and got no response. A month passes and I email them again, detailing the problem. They respond this time, but I am given the basic 'copy-and-paste' answer they email everyone. I'm disappointed this is the only response I got, and I am still out of $25 dollars and a pair of contacts.
