Buyer Beware!
I purchased 4 tickets for my wife for a concert that has been cancelled. I received an email stating I would receive a refund within 2 to 4 weeks. That was 5 weeks ago. I contacted them via live chat and was told due to complications caused by the corona virus they could not give me a time frame for a refund. Update - now they want to issue me a business credit at 120% of the original charge. This was a gift to my wife to invite 3 friends. I have zero use for this credit. I filed a dispute with VISA and they can handle it from here.
