It is a mission to cancel after misleading selling tactics
I initially contracted the services thinking their monthly charge was a lower promotional price as advertised on their website, then later see they charged me the full monthly price. I contacted them and did see that in the fine print of course they state you have to pay for the annual fee to get the discount. I contacted them trying to cancel since their selling tactics are very misleading and I simply do not appreciate that; it took 7 emails to get them to cancel and they refused to refund me even though the service was not active for more than 30minutes. If it looks like a scam, it most likely is a scam.
