I bought a sectional couch cover…
I bought a sectional couch cover because I have dogs and wanted to save my couch. Nowhere on the site does it say anything about them being in China and Nowhere does it state it will take three weeks to arrive. I received the item I paid 239.99 for. It was sent to me in a clear trash bag with no shipping information on it. It was not what I ordered so I wanted to return. There is absolutely no phone number or customer service. You have to email whi h it takes many emails to them for someone to talk to you. I asked twice for a return address,but they wanted to give me 65.00 which is noway what I paid. They said they only make 15.00 on any sale which did not matter to me. I refused and asked again for a return address, that is when I found out they are in China and it was going to cost hundreds of dollars to return. I am pissed. I have contacted paypal, hopefully I will get this fixed. Just think twice before you buy from them.
