really bad service
There is no customer service at all. The order took 2 weeks longer than they said, before the shipment I tried to cancel, no one ever answered. If you have a problem with your order and it is broken or lost, you will never get your money back. I understand why not many people buy things here. If they improve customer service, they will receive more orders and revenue. they just don't mind doing things right. The client feels cheated. I have an account at gearbest and banggood, shipping is more expensive, but you quickly see why. do not buy from cesdeales, it is a gotcha.
