Good product - questionable tracking system
The product (KF SA254T1 tripod) I got, works fine. I do not think it will last ten years when it will be used heavely every day, but for les than 100€ it will be fine for regular use. The logistic tracking system and the way to reach K&F can be greatly improved. The FAQ states that they have warehouses in DE,UK,US,AU,CHN. In my case (Belgium) DE and UK would be the closests. I suppose that the product was not in stock, because I got a tracking link showing it was shipped from China. After their Logistics Tracking system showed for 3 days that the product was in transit in a Belgian City, I emailed customer service to inquire when the product would be delivered. I got no answer so the next day I inquired by WhatsApp, Messenger and by email to 'gearfocus'. Someone responded by Messenger and the person gave a tracking link from the Belgian Postal Services. With that link I could see that the product was delivered an hour before I got the link. Hours later I got the response from 'gearfocus': "After we check your shipping status, it shows that your package is on the way. Please check: (link) It will take 7- 15 working days to receive it. Please kindly wait for it." One thing is very clear, there is NO feedback between the Logistic Tracking Sysytem of K&F and the local Postal Services. Because the tracking System of K&F states that one day after the delivering of the product, the package is still in transit in the Belgian City. In my view they have 2 options: either they email the link from the local post services or they incorporate the link from the local post services in their Logistics Tracking system.
