The robot lawnmower didn’t work initially but mammotion got it working in the end
I bought this for my mum, she’s 76. It didn’t work initially because the lawnmower wouldn’t connect to the phone since it kept saying it was bound to another device. However after some lengthy discussions and exchanges with the customer service they did manage to resolve the issue by unbinding the robot lawnmower from this mystery device to allow me to connect it and get it working. Now that it’s up and working the little robot does a good job. It cuts the grass neatly and quietly and when it’s finished it goes back to its charging station. It allows you to get on with other things whilst it cuts the grass.
