No package received
If I could give dresslily zero stars I would. I ordered a top at the beginning of March and it is now April 24 and I still haven't received it. The last time tracking was updated was March 10. I have been talking to so-called customer service and they are very condescending. They are acting like the package just shipped, which it didn't. They keep telling me it takes longer for international delivery (no-duh). They keep saying my package is on the way and they keep moving the deadline to receive the package back. All I want is a refund, but they won't give me one unless they have a status update on the order. This is a TERRIBLE place to order from.
