I have read alot of reviews about the tracking numbers saying no information . It will not start tracking until it reaches the United States they send the tracking number when the label is created not when sent. But you will get your products eventually . I ordered April 10th and got my package May 15th . I wouldn't advise writing tickets as they sometimes don't respond right away . I hope this helps some . They are not a scam they are China based meaning everything comes from China . Next time I order in a rush I will either pay the expensive shipping cost or order months in advance . For instance order Summer clothes in the Winter and vice versa .

My experience ...

Okay so I am giving the company three stars . I ordered on April 10th I did not receive a tracking number until almost 2 whole weeks later . Then I had a piece of my order come in the mail and an order confirmation that my order was sent out. The clothes in my first package where decent quality for the price . Writing tickets to the customer representative sometimes they take days to write you back and it is the only communication you have with them. Fast forward I received my big package with the remaining items this morning I picked it up at my local ups store . The package looked like a big watermelon. My clothes were in this bag with tape all around it EMBARRASSING to walk out with. Packaging could definitely be better. I have not tried on the second batch of clothes or know if they are like the picture because I had to come to work today but I will do an updated review later on and possibly a Youtube video. I came to this site trying to support online businesses and do honest reviews on them . This one was the most frustrating out of PLT , Shein, and Aliexpress that I ordered from. Overall, you will get your items. The communication and customer service just needs to be up to par.
