Quality excellent customer service abysmal
Quality excellent, Customer Care abysmal Having use this company in 2004 and again last month customising the same item, I was sorely disappointed in the most recent response from Customer Care, in contrast to my previous experience On purchasing my second key requesting seven7 undoubtedly MALE names customised by myself, one figure was a female form. Happened when I tried to ask for a REPLACEMENT MALE FIGURE to swap with a female one. 1 I emailed the given address twice. No response. 2 I went on Facebook and PMed the company 3 correctly, they pointed out. I had received a prototype on my confirmation.. however, despite enlarging this to the fully on my iPad rather than a small image on my iPhone I couldn’t read the names 4 There followed a protracted unnecessary wordy, time consuming dialogue before I eventually determined the following 5 the company would/could not provide a singlereplacement single figure 6 they did offer me me a complete replacement of the keyring CONDITIONAL ONLY if I copied them a POSITIVE TRUST PILOT review As I find blackmail morally in defensible I declined their offer so leaving me without a gift for my friends 80th birthday Such a shame their customer service doesn’t live up to their quality goods
