Definitely not recommended - Very unprofessional company!!!
Extremely bad customer services. Delaying answering to my emails and never answer my calls. They really made me feel that I was scammed. First time I faced, these kind of unprofessionals. After paying them, they sent me an email requesting me additional $50 for delivery (even if they were advertising free intentional delivery). I paid them and I requested tracking number for my order. However, they were giving me excuses that tracking numbers 'does not come up'. They assured me that the delivery time would have been 3-5 days, which at the end was proved that was a big lie. They were giving me also excuses that they run out of stock from Germany and then that Amazon delays to dispatch my products, even if I purchased directly from their website. I had nothing to do with Amazon. Since my order wasn't dispatched, I requested cancellation and they have rejected as suddenly they were giving excuses that the products were 'dispatched'. After a very long time and a lot of emails, I received only 1 of the products I ordered. I sent them an email and they told me 'Amazon has cancelled my order', without justifying order's cancellation reasons. Their product reviews seemed to be good but in terms of customer service are below zero. This is big shame as nowadays, customer care matters a lot. Definitely not recommended. I will not purchase anything from them again. P.S: All emails and screenshots proofs can be provided if requested.
