Worst ever customer support.
Had one of their units have individual led’s go out. I ended up giving up trying to get them to tell me which parts I needed. Their procedure for warranty or repairs is well documented on their website. They gave me a totally wrong answer as to what parts were needed, as if the tech was looking at someone else’s photos and email. They would not respond to questions, just wanted me to send them money. I started the process over with a different support person. I had to pull teeth for any response at all, and then they just stopped responding completely. Pretty weird. I would give zero stars if I could.
