I was confused at first because I thought I had ordered from SmileActives but the customer service explained very nicely that my order was placed with them. I’m sure I did something wrong, the internet gets the best of me sometimes. So far I’m happy with the Swisskers product and dealing with a non biased, polite service person is refreshing.
