HORRIBLE
Run as fast as you can away from this company. It would be a long story but we had the same experience with Haider Bashir as another reviewer-literally almost exactly the same horrible experience. He made promises he never kept, assured us of our pre-approval, smooth talked our realtor with how everything was coming together. We came down to the day of closing (THE DAY OF CLOSING!!!)and all of a sudden he was hard to reach and had many excuses. We jumped through hoops for a week getting paperwork he should have worked on weeks before, while the seller gave us time because we had no reason to think it would not all go through as promised. A week after our closing date, he didn’t even call us. He told our realtor that we could not get the loan. Completely unprofessional!!!! We had already sold our home, moved out of our apartment we were renting in the process, and stayed with family for 2 weeks while we went through this. We have four children who had already planned and prepared for the new house. We lost thousands of dollars and were left with nothing after Haider lied over and over and never was kind or took responsibility for the tremendous damage he did. DO NOT trust him!!!!! Find another company that is actually reputable with honest people!
