Many pros, not many cons
I've hosted my sites for almost 2years with hostkoala and they have been very good so far. Pros : Best prices Many locations Helpful support Most of my sites are hosted from different locations, most have over 99.9% uptime, only the offshore server shows 99.8% over a period of 1++ years Cons : No phone support, which would be nice if they added it, but I can understand that they don't have it as their prices are really low.
