Unhappy with return policy
I purchased a dress & the dress didn't fit. It was a nice, good quality dress & if it would have been too big, I could have had it altered, but to was too small. The directions say to contact the company for return information. I did receive an email, but this is what they told me. Dear customer, Good day! Thanks for taking the time to write to us! Sorry that the dress disappoints you. Sure you can get a refund for the dress you don't like. （custom size dress and accessories can not return) Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is too risky to return the package worldwide. Based on a large number of previous user feedback, it might cost you $40-$70 to send it back. You might consult with the local USPS office about the shipping fee for sending the package to Suzhou, Jiang Su, China, besides, it may take 20-30 days for us to receive the return package and another 2 weeks for banks to process the refund, here is an alternative plan to help you get the refund sooner and to put the dress to good use. So we suggest you donate your dress within 14 days to GoodWill and you will get an （after deducting the shipping fee we paid for the package ) 70% refund with the receipt or this case will be closed, we will refund you as soon as we get the receipt. A picture of it will be fine. This was an expensive dress & I'm not going to do what's suggested. I'll sell it myself.
