useless and utterly incompetent
this was a disaster. I ordered 6 bridesmaid dresses and had each custom sized which I paid the privilege for doing. had so many issues and having to constantly get in contact with customer serivces and being told my order was being suspended. once they arrived one dress came completely the wrong size, when I spoke to customer service after 3 days since I lodged my complaint I finally got told it was my fault even though I had proof it wasn't and that for a refund of a £75 dress all I was going to get was £21. do not recommend not at all
