I also feel like this company is dishonest. Also got court summons and didn't even now I was been sue. Terrible, they finally settle with company for the full amount:( I didn't have time to go to court. I honestly wouldn't recommend them, the process takes forever to get any results, makes me wonder what they do with the money we keep paying on a monthly basis. I started with 6 accounts going on two years and only 2 accounts have settle. My credit score is terrible. I would never do this again, you are correct we are better off negotiating directly with the creditors we have, we would get better deals. Unhappy Customer
