The customer service is exemplary
The customer service is exemplary. It was my first time to order the Lanera foundation. When I received it, it was too dark so I contacted their customer service and asked if I could return it and request a different color. The representative was very helpful and suggested a better color. She told me I could keep the foundation that I had purchased as well. I really like the color foundation and the promptness on the delivery. I enjoy wearing it; the coverage is great!
