DO NOT ORDER DIRECT EVER! You will probably be better off waiting for your regular online vape store to have item. If you feel the urge to order direct expect to wait a month or longer. Wotofo is in China not California. They have terrible customer service that has a obvious language barrier. They take DAYS to reply to email. When they do there are no help. All they can tell me is to be patient. Gave me a tracking number that says is coming from California that has not update in 20 days. Tracking number says California they said China. At this point I'm wondering when and if my items got mailed at all. DO NOT ORDER DIRECT!!!!!!!
