Do not deal with these people, they cannot be trusted. Like many others I too was contacted after having already paid $32.44 for fast delivery, to be told that the carrier was not available and it would cost another $48.00 for delivery, this was for a $13.00 item. I refused to pay and asked for a refund and received a short email saying it would be processed in the next few days. After that nothing, no emails replied to so I opened a claim with PayPal forwarding all the emails I had received. I advised the seller of my actions and that prompted an immediate email asking that I withdraw the claim and the money would be refunded. I told them that I would only withdraw it if the money was repaid first, again no more contact. Fortunately my claim was successful.
