Tried to withdraw from Paypal to Mpesa…
Tried to withdraw from Paypal to Mpesa but the funds were refunded. When I contact Thunes customer care they say my account is under investigation. When I ask why, they do not give any reason and then say they do not know when the investigation will be complete. It has been more than a week now and I still can't withdraw anything. A very unprofessional and snoopy company. Stay away from them if possible.
