This business is ridiculous!
This business is ridiculous on so many levels. They charge exorbitant shipping fees ($9+/item) and if they are unable to deliver an item, that they advertise as available, because they realize they are out of stock, they have the audacity not to partially refund the shipping fees associated with items THEY CANNOT DELIVER. I recommend ordering through PayPal so you can dispute the shipping charges in this scenario, which is what I have done. Also, English is not the first language of their customer service representatives and their email replies are grammatically challenged and extremely difficult to understand. I will never do business with them again.
