My #1 choice for Password Manager
Having used LastPass and Bitwarden in the past, I can definitely say that 1Password is the most polished, intuitive, easy-to-use password manager that I have used. It comes with a very nice and useful Desktop application and provides a convenient way to organize things. I've never had a problem with it.
