Useless website and app - not fit for purpose
Had to create an account to renew driving licence online. Terrible process. Going round and round in circles...kept repeating process . Got texted numerous security codes. Need the app which kept asking me to log in. Had to scan id which kept failing. Whoever dreamt this up needs sacking! Not user friendly and left me angry and exasperated. Is this really progress??"
